originally from Rochester, Minnesota. My relatives still live there,
but for over twenty-three years my family and I have called Greenville
home. We enjoy the people here, as well as the mild climate. For much
of this time I have enjoyed real estate as a hobby. It's been exciting
to see Greenville grow and to keep track of the various housing trends.
Now that my children are all school age, I have become involved in real
estate on a professional basis, and it's been a particular delight to

husband, Ronnie and I have lived in the greater Greenville area since
1965, when we moved from Kentucky. We also have two sons and daughters,
as well as several grandchildren who have come to call Greenville
"Home."
I was a homemaker until the early eighties when
my husband became disabled. At that time I opened a small mail service
in Simpsonville. It proved to be a demanding but enjoyable business
through which I met many wonderful people and made a number of good
friends.
A few years ago I sold the mail service and put my business experience
to work in real estate. Although the work has changed, my goal of
customer satisfaction is the same. Selling or buying a home is a very

from the Kansas City, Missouri area, I am a graduate of Northwest
Missouri State University with a B.S. in International Marketing. I
have over fifteen years experience in the credit industry.Our
family moved to Greenville in 1985. We quickly came to love the beauty
of the area, including the views of the Smokey Mountains. During the
years our children were growing up, our family enjoyed the many
campgrounds and state parks in the area and made several trips to the
ocean. We love being so close to both the mountains and the ocean. We
have enjoyed watching the growth and development of Downtown Greenville
into an enjoyable place to visit and shop. We appreciate the small town
feel, void of the big city traffic but enjoy at the same time being
within ten or fifteen minutes of shopping, restaurants, entertainment
or schools. Greenville has the best of both worlds!When
my children were grown, I became a realtor and love it! I enjoy helping
